1. Enterprise Agreement Overview
These Enterprise Terms govern the institutional licensing of StudyGrill for universities, colleges, high schools, corporate training programs, and other educational organizations. Enterprise agreements supersede the standard Terms of Service where they conflict.
2. Institutional Access & Seat Management
Enterprise licenses grant institution-wide access for the number of seats specified in the order. Institutions may manage user allocation, set access policies, create institutional accounts, and export usage reports through an administrative dashboard.
3. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Enterprise customers may request a customized Data Processing Agreement to address FERPA (USA), GDPR (EU/UK), PIPEDA (Canada), or other jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements. Our DPA includes: data controller/processor designations, data residency options, sub-processor lists, breach notification procedures, and data deletion timelines.
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Enterprise plans include: 99.9% monthly uptime guarantee; priority support with response within 2 business hours; dedicated account manager for plans over 500 seats; quarterly business reviews; and advance notice of planned maintenance.
5. Integrations & API Access
Enterprise plans include API access for custom integrations. Available integrations include: LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, Schoology); SSO providers (SAML 2.0, Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure AD, Okta); and custom branding and white-labeling options.
6. Security & Compliance
Enterprise security features include: dedicated infrastructure option, IP allowlisting, audit logs, SCIM provisioning, and compliance reporting for SOC 2, FERPA, and GDPR.
7. Pricing & Contracts
Enterprise pricing is customized based on seat count, contract length, and required features. Annual contracts with volume discounts are available. Contact us for a custom quote.
